Rock Bottom

Painted using palette knives and homemade brushes made from gull feathers. Even as our way of living is changing daily due to the effects of Covid-19, solace can be found in nature. The continual cycle of tides and seasons is a reminder of the constant state of renewal, that this too will pass. The regeneration, which is occurring in nature during man's slowed pace, is at least a consolation for the future of the planet. Even at rock bottom we still have the beauty of nature to give us hope. This painting was a finalist in the 2022 Miles Art Award
