Jenny Tollemache
Jenny Tollemache’s abstract paintings can be bold and delicate at the same time. Her use of fine lines, shapes and colour connects and communicates to the viewer the joy she experiences while creating her work. She uses a variety of mediums including acrylic, water colour and pens.
Her paintings are produced through an intuitive response to the mediums she uses.
“ I love creating worlds and landscapes that don’t exist, I love the process of putting paint or pen to canvas and letting those mediums direct my next move until I’m happy. It’s a very fulfilling process.”
Jenny is drawn to the relationship between fine details and open spaces of paint. The process of creating art is very important to her, the journey always revealing unexpected and delightful moments.
